Over the past three months, we have been running a special preschool teacher professional development program, one intensive week of training each month. What began as a simple training initiative has quickly grown into an exciting journey of learning, growth, creativity, and encouragement for both teachers and trainers alike.

The first two training modules were facilitated by Lynda and me. During the preparation for our third module, we were blessed to welcome Casey, a preschool education specialist from the United States. (You may remember reading about her in the previous blog)
With her rich experience and passion for early childhood education, Casey brought fresh energy and practical ideas into the training sessions. Lynda gladly entrusted her training role to Casey for this module, and together we had an amazing week working alongside our preschool teachers.

Personally, I learned a great deal during our time working together. From new nursery rhymes I had never heard before, to creative approaches for calendar teaching and maximizing circle time, every day was full of discovery. One of the most inspiring things was the enthusiasm Casey carried throughout the entire week – it was contagious!
The training sessions became lively, interactive, and filled with laughter, movement, songs, storytelling, and practical demonstrations that teachers could immediately apply in their own classrooms.

One of the greatest encouragements for us has been receiving feedback from our student teachers after they returned to their schools and preschool centers. Many have shared stories, videos, and photos showing children becoming more engaged, excited, and active during lessons.
Seeing young learners enjoying school more and participating confidently in the learning process reminds us why teacher training matters so much.

Now, we are eagerly looking forward to Modules 4 and 5 coming this June. These next two weeks of training promise even more growth, creativity, and practical tools that will continue equipping preschool teachers to better serve young learners.
The excitement is already building, and we cannot wait to see what new skills, ideas, and transformations will emerge from the upcoming sessions.

There is something deeply rewarding about training teachers – especially those who work with the little ones. Preschool teachers shape the very foundation of learning, confidence, curiosity, and character in children’s lives. Supporting and equipping them is an investment not only in education, but in the future itself. And honestly… it is always fun!
