I want to introduce you to a new member of our School’s Science & IT teaching team, Setiel Laizer – a hardworking young professional who’s already making a positive difference since joining us in April 2025
At Joshua School Arusha, we know that a strong team is the foundation of a thriving learning environment. It’s a great advantage to have young, energetic and enthusiastic team members – .individuals who bring fresh ideas, are passionate about what they do, and are always ready to offer their expertise when needed. We feel privileged to have Mr. Setiel Laizer as part of our teaching staff. Setiel is Maasai and comes from a poor family background in the Arusha district. Yet, like so many of
Tanzania’s young professionals, he exemplifies the character and determination that is bringing renewed hope and development to the country. His passion for digital learning, innovation, and student mentorship is contagious!

But that’s not all – Setiel also serves as co-admin to me as Joshua’s director of education, assisting me with our official social media platforms. In this way, he helps us stay connected with our school community in fresh and engaging ways.
