Christian Schools
Africa's population is young and revolutionary ... and greatly in need of basic education. Joshua School Arusha and associate schools include children from all backgrounds. Low fees ensure students and families value our quality education. These are subsidized through foreign sponsorship that guarantees the poorest can attend.
Leadership Training
Leadership training involves more than building one’s own ministry! The Joshua Foundation helps leaders discover the freedom of belonging to the body of Christ, healing the religious tribalism that has beset many church movements in Africa.
Christian Teacher Training
Planting leaders includes training great teachers. The Joshua Teachers’ Training College is government-registered and incorporates Joshua School Arusha as its model training platform. Here too, we need competent missionary mentors and resources.

Community Outreach and Training
(COT)

Joshua COT teams work at different levels to impact the community. Teams are trained to minister to the needy, both practically and spiritually.

Our COT department includes:
• Ishara Training (“Signs” or “Wonders” in Swahili):International teams and locals are trained for 2-3 weeks at En Gedi and taken into the real Africa to see God’s work! No one goes home the same!

Contact us for more information if you and your church/group are interested!

Agriculture

Farming God’s Way is a “down-to-earth” program (pun intended) that yields great harvests, both naturally and spiritually.

FGW helps us supply over 300 meals every day to our school children and staff across En Gedi,as well as train interested local farmers.

Skills and Maintenance (S.A.M.)

SAM is a vital department across our 31-acre and beyond (see Community Support).
Many have been helped and trained in practical skills such as water-tank construction, welding, carpentry, mechanics, building, plumbing and basic house maintenance.

Leaving poverty, witchcraft, drunkenness and other addictions, our SAM staff have also been up-skilled by visiting tradesmen.
